TRYPOPHOBIA

 Today i just want share about a phobia. I am a trypophobia but not that bad. I just want to share what i feel with you just in case if you also feel the same way.

A phobia is described by the NHS as an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal.
They are more pronounced than fears and tend to develop when a person has an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger regarding a situation or object.
If a phobia sufferer doesn't come into contact with the source of their problem very often it may not affect their life - although in some cases even thinking about the thing they fear can give a person "anticipatory anxiety".
If a phobia becomes very severe, the person suffering may organise their life around avoiding the aspect that’s causing distress.

WHAT IS TRYPOPHOBIA?

 Trypophobia, or the fear of small holes, may be linked to deep-seated fears of illness and parasites, according to a new study.

Look at a bubble. Round, aerated, generally mysterious. But when do bubbles become nauseating?
From bubbles in a hot cup of coffee, to holes in a sponge or plaster, while the common appearance may seem innocuous it has been known to trigger intensely anxious responses. And that response has a name: Trypophobia.

Trypophobia, characterised as the fear of holes, has also been linked to a more generalised aversion to circular shapes such as bubbles. But what makes bubbles so disgusting? The answer may be found lurking just under the skin.

 Previous evidence suggested that the fear of bubbles stemmed from the clusters of round shapes found on poisonous animals, such as snakes and the blue-ringed octopus. But a new theory from psychologists at the University of Kent suggests our innate suspicion of rough circular shapes could, in fact, be linked to a history of human illness.

  • nausea
  • a sense of unreality
  • fear of dying

School holiday is just around the corner. I am sure that many of you are planning to go for a holiday. Malaysian has an interesting places to visit. If countries were awarded for diversity, Malaysia would top first place. Not only is Malaysia a melting pot of ethnic cultures, but it is also a blend of many different customs, cuisines and religions all coexisting peacefully together. From large island groups to mountains, fertile highlands and tropical rainforest, the country’s geography is every bit as diverse. What’s more, Malaysia is a unique country in that is divided into two main landmasses. West Malaysia occupies the southern half of a peninsula shared with Thailand, while across the South China Sea is East Malaysia, situated on the Borneo island. This overview of the best places to visit in Malaysia concentrates on its cultural, historic and natural attractions

Petronas Twin Towers1)PETRONAS TWIN TOWER.
The Petronas Twin Towers are one of the World’s famous and tallest architectural pieces and have visited by billions of people from around the world. The towers are the headquarters of Petronas, the national petroleum company of Malaysia.
Both the towers are 88 stories high and are identical to each other with a pyramid-shaped top fitted with a slender steel spire. The 41st and 42nd floor of the towers are linked through a skybridge allowing people to travel within the towers.
Apart from the headquarters of Petronas, there are various shopping malls, complexes and food courts inside the tower for the common people. They can even enjoy the skyline of the city from the towers.

2)ISLAMIC ART MUSUEM

 Islamic Arts Museum
 History: An art is the best way to express a thought, idea or a solution. The Islamic Arts Museum was opened to the public on 12th December 1998. The art museum is located in Perdana Botanical Garden which is at the heart of the city. You would be surprised to know that it is the largest Islamic Art Museum in South East Asia.
About: There are around seven thousand artifacts which throw a light on the Islamic world. Altogether there are 12 galleries in this museum and they are divided into groups based on their levels.

The Quran and Manuscripts gallery is at Level 3 along with Chinese gallery, Indian gallery and Islamic architecture. There are jewelry, textile, ceramic work and armor at Level 4. The Islamic glassware is also displayed at Level 4. The museum is open from morning to evening and is a must visit tourist place.


3)KOTA BHARU
 
 Kota Bharu Often used as a stopover by many travelers visiting the beautiful Perhentian Islands, Kota Bharu offers its own unique charm, attractions, shopping and cuisine. Located in Peninsular Malaysia near the Thailand border, Kota Bharu is the capital of the Kelantan State. Much of Kota Bharu life revolves around the city’s bustling marketplaces of which the Central Market is the largest. Surrounded by coffee shops and busy streets dotted with old trishaws, the Central Market is teeming in local women working food stands and selling colorful fruits and vegetables.

 4)MELAKA
 MelakaCommanding an important position on the busy sea route between India and China on West Malaysia’s southwestern coast, Melaka was ruled and battled over for centuries between Indian, Portuguese, British and Dutch governments. As a result, this modern day Malaysian city is now one of the best places to visit in Malaysia packed with architecture, culture, traditions and cuisine all reflecting its rich heritage. The Portuguese Settlement in Melaka is characterized by charming villas and the remains of an old fort while the Dutch district features some of the oldest Dutch architecture in the East.

5)CAMERON HIGHLAND

 Cameron Highlands
 Providing a cool escape from the heat of the lowlands, the Cameron Highlands in the Titiwangsa Mountains are one of Malaysia’s oldest tourist destinations. Developed with an English garden charm, this beautiful tableland offers lush scenery, forests, lakes, wildlife and outdoor recreation. As Malaysia’s chief tea and flower producer, the Cameron Highlands also abounds in sprawling tea plantations and colorful flower farms. Many of these establishments are open to the public. Several pictorial golf courses are available for golfers

6)KOTA KINABALU
 Kota KinabaluThe capital of the Sabah State in Malaysian Borneo, Kota Kinabalu is a fast-growing tourist destination due to its close proximity to tropical islands, rainforests, wildlife refuges, national parks and Malaysia’s tallest peak, Mount Kinabalu. Commonly called KK by locals, Kota Kinabalu has a small city center, boasting a number of landmarks, memorials and an observatory, which offers splendid views of the city. Just minutes from the city, the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park features five small islands that are ideal for snorkeling, diving and swimming.

7)PENANG
 Located in the Strait of Malacca off West Malaysia’s northwestern coast, Penang Island is a popular tourist destination due to its historic George Town and rich culinary diversity. Its position along one of the world’s most traveled shipping routes has infused Penang with a colorful array of cultures, architecture and cuisine.    Hello guys. As you know the SPM's result had been announced recently. We could see some of them are crying and happy. I still remember the time i got my result(still secret), my friend and I were very excited when we got our result. I am sure all of the student may had dillema when choosing a place to study. I also felt the same way.My advice is you should choose your course carefully because it considered your future. I am sure that many of you dream to continue your study at overseas but not in our own country. I dont want to reccomend you to matriculation because for you it may be quite boring. But i just want to share with you my journey inj matriculation which can make all of you feel interesting..... SO HAPPY READING. :)

    I still remember when i got my result. It was not good but not that bad. I cried because i think that i never got an offer to go to university. I only have 2 option whether i go to the university or just stick in the form 6. I never dream about continue my study at matriculation because for me it quite lame and my cousin once told me that her brain is going to burst  because there's load of things to do there. I had to fill the matriculation foirm because my teacher forced me to do do. I even tell them that i rather work at a factory than continued my study at matriculation.
    I felt vey dissappointed because i dont get an offer for form 6. I dont satisfied. So i told my mother to go to  Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah to apply for form 6.Alhamdulillh i finally got an offer but i got science class. At the same day i got a news that i got an offer to go to matriculation alnd also in science class. Out of sudden i felt something.I dont know what to choose. My mother told me to perform 'istikahrah. While then i still waiting for univesity's offer. But i got reject because my result was not suitable for the course's qualification. Sometimes i think that i need to be an independent sometime.So i just choose matriculation because i want to gain an experience staying at the hostel.
   On the registration day, i felt bewildered because the college is so big.n I am afraid that i maybe late to calss because the distance from our hostel to lecture hall was very far. I am afraid that i maybe not nake any friends because i am a silence girl. I felt very sad when my mother left me. I got homesick..huhu ~ ~
    First day of the class make me worried. I dont know what kind of friend i may got. My first impression to my class is they were very quiet that i cant stand with them. I felt i wanted to ran away home but i cant do that.

    Week by week we gone through everything together. Actually my classmates was not that bad it just that we need time to know each other. I still remember when we study together and copy each other's work. It was the best things ever. We always corporate to do something bad such as not doing tutorial. I still remember my lecturer's advice''dont let the hydrogen bond between you and your friends broke''. Alhamdulillah we always perform in our quizzes and PSPM 1. I got 3.++.

    Matric life is so freaking busy. We rush here and there to settle our task. At first we struggling to adapt with this situation and now its become routine. Sometimes we do feel like wanna give up but we still keep going.
  Time flies so fast,now only 39 days left before PSPM 2 and we're alive with still strong.
 
After all,its about you,yourself and your positive mind.

I am proud to be Malaysian. Many of us only focusing about going to holiday at overseas eventhough there's still many interesting places in Malaysia.. Now let me open your eyes. Read my post.

SWEET MUSTARD POTATO SALAD

If you're too lazy to cook, take a look at this recipe especially when you're on diet.

INGREDIENTS.
  • 1.2 Kg waxy potatoes,such as Charlotte,cut into small chunk
  • 400 g good quality mayonnaise
  • 2tbsp American mustard
  • 2tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2tbsp honey
  • hard-boiled eggs,finely chopped
  • 8 spring onions,sliced.
METHOD
1) Put the potatoes in a pan of salted water, bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 8-10 mins or until cooked through – a cutlery knife should easily pierce them. Drain and leave to cool in a colander.

2) Combine the mayo, mustard, vinegar, honey and eggs, then season well. Stir through the potatoes and half the spring onions, transfer to a serving dish and scatter over the remaining onions. Chill until you’re ready to serve. Can be made 1 day ahead.

SAY NO TO DOUBLE CHIN

   All women have their own dream. Based on my research, all women only take care of their look especially on their face. They want everything to be perfect. No acne and no eyebag. I am sure all women have their dream to get a perfect shape face. Having a double is just a nightmare to them. Now i want to share on how to get rid of those double chin. :)

GET RID OF USELESS DOUBLE CHIN.

We’ve all tried tricks to hide a double chin—wearing a high-neck top or scarf and tilting our heads just right when our photo is taken.
There’s no denying it. The extra layer of fatty tissue under our chins is most often caused by being overweight. Sagging skin under the chin can also occur as we age and our skin loses elasticity. For a few, it can be genetic.
While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a double chin, they can be expensive. There are many simple home treatment options to get rid of a double chin that are pocket-friendly and painless.

1)SUGAR FREE GUM 
 To get rid of a double chin, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout.

One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Simply chew sugarless gum several times a day to reduce your double chin as quickly as possible.

2)COCOA BUTTER 
 When cocoa butter is used regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your double chin.

  1. Slightly warm a few tablespoons of cocoa butter in the microwave.
  2. Gently massage it into your neck and double chin for several minutes.
  3. Do this twice a day, before taking a bath in the morning and every night before going to bed.
3) WHEAT GERM OIL
 Regular neck massage with wheat germ oil is another effective way to get rid of a double chin.

Wheat germ oil has the goodness of vitamin E oil that will nourish and help tighten the skin.
  1. Before going to bed, rub some wheat germ oil gently around the chin area.
  2. Gently massage upwards from the bottom of the neck to the chin for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Leave the oil on your skin overnight.
  4. Repeat regularly to soon notice improvement in the appearance of your double chin
 6)EGG WHITE

An egg white mask can be of great help in getting rid of a double chin because it has a skin tightening effect. Egg whites are also good for the overall health of the skin.
  1. Whisk together two egg whites, one tablespoon each of milk, honey and lemon juice.
  2. Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
  3. Apply this mask to the skin around your chin and neck area.
  4. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
  5. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat dry your skin.
  6. Do this once daily for quick results
7) CHIN EXERCISE
 Chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your double chin. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness

 While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks.

  • Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks.
Note: You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect.





Target Through a Rapist's Eye

  Recently I read about a woman got raped  by a group of man. What make me dissappoint was they kill her after raped her. I know that feeling because i am a woman too. She's got raped in a public area and there's no one helping her even she's shouted for health. Now, all women i want to tell you what rapist/men see on us.



A group of rapists and date rapists in prison were interviewed on what they look for in a potential victim and here are some interesting facts:

1) The first thing men look for in a potential victim is hairstyle. They are most likely to go after a woman with a ponytail, bun, braid or other hairstyle that can easily be grabbed. They are also likely to go after a woman with long hair. Women w! ith short hair are not common targets.
 
 2) The second thing men look for is clothing. They will look for women who's clothing is easy to remove quickly. Many of them carry scissors around to cut clothing.
 
 3) They also look for women on their cell phone, searching through their purse or doing other activities while walking because they are off guard and can be easily overpowered.
 
 4) The time of day men are most likely to attack and rape a woman is in the early morning, between 5 and 8:30 a.m.
 
 5) The number one place women are abducted from/attacked at is grocery store parking lots. Number two is office parking lots/garages. Number three is public restrooms.
 
 6) The thing about these men is that they are looking to grab a woman and quickly move her to a second location where they don't have to worry about getting caught.
 
7) Only 2% said they carried weapons because rape carries a 3-5 year sentence but rape with a weapon is 15-20 years.
 
8) If you put up any kind of a fight at all, they get discouraged because it only takes a minute or two for them to realize that going after you isn't worth it because it will be time-consuming.
 
 9) These men said they would not pick on women who have umbrellas, or other similar objects that can be used from a distance, in their hands. Keys are not a deterrent because you have to get really close to the attacker to use them as a weapon. So, the idea is to convince these criminals you're not worth it.
 
  10) Several defense mechanisms he taught us are: If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or with you in an elevator or stairwell, look them in the face and ask them a question, like 'what time is it,' or make general small talk, 'I can't believe it is so cold out here,' or 'we're in for a bad winter' etc. Now you've seen their face and could identify them in a lineup, you lose appeal as a target.
 
11) If someone grabs you, you can't beat them with your strength but you can by outsmarting them. If you are grabbed around the waist from behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and armpit or in the upper inner thigh -- HARD. One woman in a class said she used the underarm pinch on a guy who was trying to date rape her. She was so upset she broke through the skin and tore out muscle strands and the guy needed stitches. Try pinching yourself in those places as hard as you can stand it - it hurts.
  
 12) After the initial hit, always go for the groin. I know from a particularly unfortunate experience that if you slap a guy's parts it is extremely painful. You might think that you'll anger the guy and make him want to hurt you more, but the thing these rapists told our instructor is that they want a woman who will not cause a lot of trouble. Start causing trouble, and he's out of there.
 
 13) When the guy puts his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure pushing down on them as possible.. The instructor did it to me without using much pressure, and I ended up on my knees and both knuckles cracked audibly.

TRUE HORROR STORY

 On my previous post, i always post about serious issues. Today i am not on that mood. I just want to release my tension because my final exam is just around the corner. There's too much fact i have to memerize. I think if i continue writing about serious issues or topic my brain gonna burst.
 My post this time is a little bit different. I am warning for whoever have asthma or heart attack to never read my post. (Just kidding).......... JUST WANNA TELL TO READ CAREFULLY AND LOOK AT YOUR BACK WHEN YOU'RE READING.

HAUNTED BOARDING SCHOOL
 A  couple of years ago (2006-2007) I was studying in a boarding school, which was right across the other side of the country. This boarding school used to be an old hospice, mostly used to treat those who'd fought against the Germans after WWII, but I'm certain whether the grounds are older, since whatever's present there was not from this century. The boarding school was located on the edge of a forest with a 4-kilometre walk to the town.

 Now, me and a friend of mine were both interested in the paranormal (me being a believer and my friend being a little sceptic), had heard rumours of the school or the school grounds being more or less haunted. One of the students claimed hearing weird noises, others were ready to use a Ouija board to find out what's going on there (a thing I advised them not to, yet they did it anyway - a story I might submit later), some claimed that 'something' was residing in a specific part of the school and that's what I'll tell about.

 Me and my friend were in a specific part of the school, it was the library and some classrooms that was located there, it was early night and we were just chatting and having some fun when all the lights went out at the same time. First we reckoned that it must be because of trouble with the electricity, but when we looked out in the hall - nothing was wrong.

 We just kept on talking and having fun until the fire door (a large heavy steel door) slammed. Both my friend and me tried to open it without success; it was as if someone held the door closed. Then the lights began to flicker and it became really cold. It felt to me as if someone gripped me from behind and breathed into my ears and both my friend and me heard the sound of bells (this said, there was 21⁄2 kilometres to nearest church and it sounded as if the bells was very close)... We finally managed to open the fire door and it all stopped. But since that episode the lights never worked and there was always cold in that part of the school.

 Later that week I went to the local library to research some stuff about the town, revealing that the grounds where the boarding school is located was used to bury those who weren't allowed in holy ground (fx suicide victims, murderers, victims of the Black Death (plague), dead children who weren't baptized and so forth). I took this as an explanation to some of the many weird things that happened there.

I am not going to say too much because i feel something while writing this post. Just want to warn you guys to be careful next time.

Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese

Today i am not going to talk about health,education or whatsoever because i am on that mood. Haha~~ just kidding. Today i just want to share my recipe.Actually not really mine but my mom. So happy trying. :)

    SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE NYOM NYOM ~ ~

 Healthy spaghetti bolognese

Use lean mince (about 4% fat or less) and wholemeal pasta to enjoy your favourite bolognese without guilt.

This meal provides 413 kcal, 23g protein, 55.9g carbohydrate (of which 10.1g sugars), 11.2g fat (of which 3.6g saturates), 12.1g fibre and 0.8g salt per portion.

   INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g lean steak mince
  • 1 onion,finely chopped
  • 4 large mushroom,sliced
  • 1 carrot,grated
  •  1400g tomatoes,chopped
  • 230ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 Worcestershire sauce, or any brand
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 300g wholewheat spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  METHOD
1) Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the mince and the onion and fry for five minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mince is browned and the onions softened.

2) Add mushrooms and carrot, cook for around one minute, then add tinned tomatoes, vegetable stock, tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Stir well and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

3) Place the wholemeal spaghetti in a deep saucepan full of salted boiling water and cook according to packet instructions, then drain.

4) To serve, divide the cooked spaghetti between four dishes, spoon equal portions of Bolognese sauce over each and sprinkle with parsley.

Train Your Brain.




 Image result for train your brainHello dear viewers. I am back. Today i am not going to post about physical health anymore but only focusing about mental health.
    You go to the gym to train your muscles.You run outside or go for hikes to train your endurance.Or maybe you do neither of those ,but still wish you exercised more. Well,here is how to train one of the most important parts of your body:brain.

When you train your brain, you will:
  • Avoid embarrassing situations: you remember his face, but what was his name?
  • Be a faster learner in all sorts of different skills: hello promotion, here I come!
  • Avoid diseases that hit as you get older: no, thanks Alzheimer’s; you and I are not just a good fit.
So how do you train your brain to learn faster and remember more?

  1. WORK YOUR MEMORY
 Twyla Tharp, a NYC-based renowned choreographer has come up with the following memory workout: when she watches one of her performances, she tries to remember the first twelve to fourteen corrections she wants to discuss with her cast without writing them down. If you think this is anything less than a feat, then think again. In her book The Creative Habit she says that most people cannot remember more than three.The practice of both remembering events or things and then discussing them with others has actually been supported by brain fitness studies. Memory activities that engage all levels of brain operation—receiving, remembering and thinking—help to improve the function of the brain.
    Now, you may not have dancers to correct, but you may be required to give feedback on a presentation, or your friends may ask you what interesting things you saw at the museum. These are great opportunities to practically train your brain by flexing your memory muscles.
What is the simplest way to help yourself remember what you see? Repetition.
For example, say you just met someone new.
“Hi, my name is George”
Don’t just respond with, “Nice to meet you”. Instead, say, “Nice to meet you George.” Got it? Good.

   2. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT REPEATEDLY

   By actually doing something new over and over again, your brain wires new pathways that help you do this new thing better and faster.Think back to when you were three years old. You surely were strong enough to hold a knife and a fork just fine. Yet, when you were eating all by yourself, you were creating a mess. It was not a matter of strength, you see. It was a matter of cultivating more and better neural pathways that would help you eat by yourself just like an adult does. And guess what? With enough repetition you made that happen!
  But how does this apply to your life right now?
Say you are a procrastinator. The more you don’t procrastinate, the more you teach your brain not to wait for the last minute to make things happen.
Now, you might be thinking “Duh, if only not procrastinating could be that easy!” Well, it can be. By doing something really small, that you wouldn’t normally do, but is in the direction of getting that task done, you will start creating those new precious neural pathways.
So if you have been postponing organizing your desk, just take one paper and put in its right place. Or, you can go even smaller. Look at one piece of paper and decide where to put it: Trash? Right cabinet? Another room? Give it to someone?
 You don’t actually need to clean up that paper; you only need to decide what you need to do with it.That’s how small you can start. And yet, those neural pathways are still being built. Gradually, you will transform yourself from a procrastinator to an in-the-moment action taker.

   3. LEARN SOMETHING NEW

It might sound obvious, but the more you use your brain, the better its going to perform for you. For example, learning a new instrument improves your skill of translating something you see (sheet music) to something you actually do (playing the instrument).
Learning a new language exposes your brain to a different way of thinking, a different way of expressing yourself.
You can even literally take it a step further, and learn how to dance. Studies indicate that learning to dance helps seniors avoid Alzheimer’s. Not bad, huh?

   4.FOLLOW A BRAIN TRAINING PROGRAM

The Internet world can help you improve your brain function while lazily sitting on your couch. A clinically proven program like BrainHQ can help you improve your memory, or think faster, by just following their brain training exercises.

  5.WORK YOUR BODY

  You knew this one was coming didn’t you? Yes indeed, exercise does not just work your body; it also improves the fitness of your brain.Even briefly exercising for 20 minutes facilitates information processing and memory functions. But it’s not just that–exercise actually helps your brain create those new neural connections faster. You will learn faster, your alertness level will increase, and you get all that by moving your body.
 Now, if you are not already a regular exerciser, and already feel guilty that you are not helping your brain by exercising more, try a brain training exercise program like Exercise Bliss. Remember, just like we discussed in #2, by training your brain to do something new repeatedly, you are actually changing yourself permanently.

  6.SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.

 If you want optimal cognitive abilities, then you’ve got to have meaningful relationships in your life.  Talking with others and engaging with your loved ones helps you think more clearly, and it can also lift your mood.
  If you are an extrovert, this holds even more weight for you. At a class at Stanford University, I learned that extroverts actually use talking to other people as a way to understand and process their own thoughts.
   I remember that the teacher told us that after a personality test said she was an extrovert, she was surprised. She had always thought of herself as an introvert. But then, she realized how much talking to others helped her frame her own thoughts, so she accepted her new-found status as an extrovert.

  7.AVOID CROSSWORD PUZZLES.

 Many of us, when we think of brain fitness, think of crossword puzzles. And it’s true–crossword puzzles do improve our fluency, yet studies show they are not enough by themselves. Are they fun? Yes. Do they sharpen your brain? Not really.Of course, if you are doing this for fun, then by all means go ahead. If you are doing it for brain fitness, then you might want to choose another activity

  8.EAT RIGHT-and make sure dark chocolate is included

Foods like fish, fruits, and vegetables help your brain perform optimally. Yet, you might not know that dark chocolate gives your brain a good boost as well.
 When you eat chocolate, your brain produces dopamine. And dopamine helps you learn faster and remember better. Not to mention, chocolate contains flavonols, antioxidants, which also improve your brain functions. So next time you have something difficult to do, make sure you grab a bite or two of dark chocolate!
 Now that you know how to train your brain, it’s actually time to start doing. Don’t just consume this content and then go on with your life as if nothing has changed. Put this knowledge into action and become smarter than ever!
